XP & Cashback
In the loyalty program there are two currencies: XP and Cashback.

Earning XP
Through purchases – Every order automatically gives you XP. How much depends on your tier (10 to 30 XP per 1€).
Through tasks – On the Rewards page you’ll find tasks (e.g. posting a story, testimonial video) that earn you additional XP.
If a refund is issued, the XP from the order will be deducted again.
Cashback
Cashback is credited as a percentage on every order. The percentage depends on your tier and ranges from 1% to 20%.
Your cashback balance accumulates in your account and can be converted into discount codes on the Redeem page .
Lifetime XP vs. last 12 months
There are two XP counters used differently:
- Lifetime XP – all XP you have ever earned → determines your current tier
- XP from the last 12 months → relevant for the annual tier renewal
