Tier system
There are seven tiers – from Beginner to Inner Circle. The higher your tier, the more XP you earn per euro and the higher your cashback.

Advancement
As soon as you reach the minimum XP of the next tier, you will be automatically promoted. On your dashboard, you can always see how many XP you still need.
Tier Renewal
Tiers are reviewed once a year. The deciding factor is your XP from the last 12 months – not your lifetime XP.
If your XP from the last 12 months is below the minimum threshold for your tier on the review date, you will be downgraded to the corresponding lower tier.
On your dashboard, you can see your renewal progress and the next review date at any time.
⚠️ During the year, you will never be automatically downgraded – only at the annual review.
Inner Circle
The Inner Circle is invite only. Anyone who is admitted remains in it permanently.
