Rewards

On the Rewards page, you manage everything related to your loyalty program. At the top, you always see your current cashback balance, your tier and your progress to the next tier, including a preview of which cashback rate and earn rate you unlock there.

The page is divided into three tabs:

Tier Benefits – all tiers and their benefits
Earn Extra XP – earn additional XP through tasks
Redeem Rewards – redeem cashback as a discount code

Tier Benefits

Here you can see all seven tiers with earn rate, cashback percentage, and the benefits unlocked by each tier.

💡 Each tier automatically inherits all benefits from the tiers below it.

Your current tier is highlighted; all tiers above it are locked and show you how many XP you need to unlock them.

Earn Extra XP

In this tab, you’ll find tasks that let you earn additional XP – e.g. social media posts, reviews, or testimonial videos.

This is how a task works:

Open the task
Complete the task
Submit proof (screenshot and/or link)
Click Submit

Our team reviews your claim within 1–2 business days. If approved, the XP will be credited to you immediately. If rejected, you’ll see the reason and can – if the task is repeatable – submit a new claim.

Redeem Rewards

Here you convert your cashback balance into one-time-use discount codes that you can use on your next purchase.

How it works

Choose a denomination you can afford
Click on Claim
A unique code will be assigned to you, and the cashback will be deducted from your balance immediately
Copy the code and use it at checkout
