Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 21, 2026
Protecting your private information is our priority.
Core Markets LLC ("Core Funded", "we", "us", or "our") is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring that anyone who accesses our website or uses our products and services ("you" or "your") is informed about how their personal information is used.
This Privacy Policy applies to corefunded.io and to any other websites, landing pages, trader dashboards, mobile or web applications, and online services operated by us that link to this policy, together with our email, chat, community, and social media channels. It governs our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information across all of them.
By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in this policy and to any revisions made to it from time to time.
1. Information we collect
We collect information about you in several ways:
- Directly from you — when you register for an account, make a purchase, request a payout, join our affiliate program, subscribe to our communications, or contact our support team.
- Automatically — through cookies, server logs, and similar technologies when you interact with our website, advertisements, and emails.
- From other sources — including our service providers, payment processors, identity verification providers, affiliates, advertising platforms, and publicly available sources.
The personal information we collect may include:
- First and last name
- Residential and mailing address
- Email address and phone number
- Date of birth
- Government-issued identification details, where verification is required
- Payment and payout information
- Account activity, including activity on your simulated trading account
- Device and usage data, including IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, pages viewed, and referring website
- Records of your correspondence with our support team
- For affiliates: tax and payment details necessary to calculate and pay commissions
Our payment processors collect billing and payment card information in order to complete transactions. Core Markets LLC does not store full payment card numbers on its own systems.
We do not collect personal information about you unless you provide it or it is collected automatically as described above. Certain information is required in order to use certain products or services.
Identity verification. Where verification is required, identity checks are performed on our behalf by a specialist third-party verification provider. That process may involve submitting a government-issued identification document together with a photograph of yourself, which the provider compares to confirm a match. This is carried out only with your consent and solely to verify your identity, meet our compliance obligations, and prevent fraud. Any biometric data generated during verification is processed and retained by the verification provider under its own privacy policy and retention schedule. Core Markets LLC does not receive, store, sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from biometric identifiers, and receives only the verification result and associated identity details.
2. How we use your information
We collect and use your personal information to:
- Operate and deliver the products and services you request
- Create, verify, and administer your account
- Process payments and issue payouts
- Administer our rewards program and our affiliate program
- Improve our services and product offerings
- Conduct analytics and measure the performance of our marketing
- Communicate with you, including responding to inquiries, requests, issues, and feedback
- Detect, investigate, and protect against fraudulent, deceptive, malicious, or illegal activity
- Troubleshoot, identify, and repair errors
- Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, establish or exercise our rights, and defend against legal claims
- Administer our internal operations and manage our business relationships
- Inform you about other products or services available from us and our partners, where permitted by law
3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information for money.
We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:
Service providers. We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, including hosting and infrastructure providers, trading platform providers, payment processors, identity verification providers, email and communications platforms, customer support tools, and analytics providers. Service providers are contractually restricted from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to us.
Advertising and analytics partners. We work with advertising and measurement partners — including social media platforms, search and display advertising networks, and attribution providers — that use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies on our website. Under some privacy laws this activity may be considered "sharing" or a "sale" of personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. You may opt out at any time (see Section 5).
Affiliates and referral partners. If you arrive through an affiliate link, we share limited conversion data with the referring affiliate so that commissions can be calculated. This does not include your payment details or identification documents.
Public forums and community channels. We operate a Discord community and maintain accounts on third-party social platforms. Anything you post in these spaces may be visible to other users and to the public. Your use of these platforms is also governed by the platform's own privacy policy, which we do not control. Do not post information in a community channel that you do not want to be public.
Fraud prevention. You expressly agree that we may share your personal information with other proprietary simulated trading firms, mentorship programs, mentors, or third parties for the purpose of detecting fraudulent, deceptive, malicious, or criminal behavior, or violations of our terms.
Legal requirements. We may disclose personal information without notice where required by law or legal process, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect and defend our rights or property, to investigate suspected illegal activity, or to protect the personal safety of our users or the public.
Business transfers. If another company acquires or seeks to acquire our company, business, or assets, or in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, or sale of assets, we may share information with that company and its advisors, including during negotiations.
4. Cookies and tracking technologies
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a web server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your device, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued them.
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Operate the site — keep you logged in and make core features work
- Remember your preferences — settings, language, and display choices
- Understand usage — how the site is used, so we can improve it
- Measure and target advertising — including attributing purchases to the campaigns that produced them
We also track which pages and features our users visit in order to understand which services are most popular and to tailor content and advertising accordingly.
Most browsers accept cookies automatically, but you can change your browser settings to reject them. If you reject cookies, some features of our website may not work as intended.
5. Your choices and rights
We extend the following rights to all users, regardless of location, as a matter of policy. Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws may also grant you these rights and additional ones.
- Access — request confirmation of what personal information we hold about you, and a copy of it
- Correction — ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Deletion — ask us to delete your personal information, subject to information we must retain for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes
- Portability — receive a copy of your information in a portable, machine-readable format
- Opt out of targeted advertising — see below
- Object or restrict — object to, or ask us to limit, certain processing of your information
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide certain services
- Non-discrimination — we will not treat you differently for exercising these rights
- Appeal — if we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response
How to exercise these rights. Email support@corefunded.io with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity before acting, usually by confirming details associated with your account. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written authorization, subject to verification. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, with one 45-day extension where reasonably necessary. We will tell you if an extension applies.
Opting out of targeted advertising. You can reject non-essential cookies through the cookie banner on our website, or adjust your browser settings. Note that preferences are stored per browser and per device, so clearing your cache or switching devices may require you to set them again.
Global Privacy Control. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Where your browser transmits GPC, we treat it as a valid opt-out of the sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising.
Do Not Track. Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no accepted industry standard for how these signals should be handled, and we do not currently respond to them.
Marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing message, or by emailing support@corefunded.io. We honor opt-out requests within 10 business days, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act. You will continue to receive transactional and service-related messages relating to your account.
Rewards program. Our rewards program offers cashback and other benefits to participating customers. Participation is voluntary, requires an account, and can be ended at any time by contacting support. The value of the benefits offered is reasonably related to the value of the customer relationship to us.
6. Additional rights for users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the rights listed in Section 5 under the GDPR and UK GDPR, and the following applies to you.
Legal bases for processing. We process your personal data on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract — to provide the account, platform access, and services you have purchased, and to process payouts
- Legitimate interests — to operate and improve our services, market our products, secure our platform, and prevent fraud, where those interests are not overridden by your rights
- Legal obligation — to comply with tax, accounting, anti-fraud, and other legal requirements
- Consent — for non-essential cookies, marketing communications, and identity verification. You may withdraw consent at any time
Exercising your rights. Contact support@corefunded.io. We will respond within one month, extendable by up to two further months for complex requests, in which case we will notify you.
Complaints. If you believe we have handled your personal data improperly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Contact details for EEA authorities are available at edpb.europa.eu; for the UK, at ico.org.uk; for Switzerland, at edoeb.admin.ch.
7. International users
Core Markets LLC operates from the United States. If you access our services from outside the United States, your personal information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from those in your country of residence. Where required by law, we put appropriate safeguards in place for these transfers. By using our services, you consent to this transfer and processing.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
8. Security and retention
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. These include encryption of data in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL), internal access controls limiting access to personnel who need it, and diligence on the service providers we work with.
No data transmission over the internet or a wireless network can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You acknowledge that there are security and privacy limitations inherent to the internet that are beyond our control, and that the security, integrity, and privacy of information exchanged between you and us cannot be guaranteed.
Your account credentials. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity that occurs under your account by someone who has obtained your password, whether or not you authorized it. Notify us immediately at support@corefunded.io if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Breach notification. Where we are required by law to notify you of a breach affecting your personal information, we will do so without unreasonable delay, by email to the address associated with your account or by another method permitted by law.
Retention. We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active and for as long as necessary to provide our services. After account closure, we retain information as required to meet our legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and prevent fraud. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or anonymize it.
9. Third-party links
Our website and community channels contain links to other sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to read the privacy statement of any site you visit that collects personal information.
10. Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Our services are intended solely for individuals aged 18 or older. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact support@corefunded.io.
11. Changes to this policy
We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by sending a notice to the primary email address associated with your account, placing a prominent notice on our website, and/or updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our website and services after such changes constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised policy and your agreement to be bound by it.
