Possible causes:
Delay after purchase: It may take 5–10 minutes for the account to appear in the dashboard.
Wrong login: All accounts use the same access (email + password from the first purchase). Please do not create multiple accounts!
Dashboard switch: You can switch between your accounts in the dashboard (top left or right).
Technical issue: If you have checked everything, please contact support.
Login problems?
Use the same email as with the first purchase.
If you forgot the password: use the “Forgot password” function on the login page.
