Problems logging in or accessing a challenge

Possible causes:

  • Delay after purchase: It may take 5–10 minutes for the account to appear in the dashboard.

  • Wrong login: All accounts use the same access (email + password from the first purchase). Please do not create multiple accounts!

  • Dashboard switch: You can switch between your accounts in the dashboard (top left or right).

  • Technical issue: If you have checked everything, please contact support.

Login problems?

  • Use the same email as with the first purchase.

  • If you forgot the password: use the “Forgot password” function on the login page.
